[zeromq-dev] Needed help on installing zeromq on my Windows 7

On first glance, you're using the 64 bit Apache and PHP, but the DLL you
downloaded is named with -win32, so is probably a 32 bit build.  You'll
have to locate a 64-bit build, or replace your Apache+PHP installation with
the 32-bit version.
