[zeromq-dev] The meaning of ZMQ_POLLOUT for inproc

If I have a router-dealer connection using inproc, and I setZMQ_SNDHWM to 0 (i.e. no limit). If I call getsockopt(ZMQ_EVENTS, ...) on the scoket, won't the ZMQ_POLLOUT be always be set?  I mean, is there any time when the socket is not ready for write?
