[zeromq-dev] Sending via ROUTER socket to ROUTER socket fails initially with "No route to host"

Hi Mark,
ROUTER sockets can be used to do sends and receives in any order. See
Send/receive pattern for it here: http://api.zeromq.org/3-2:zmq-socket
