[zeromq-dev] Assert in signaller.cpp on XP if Cisco VPNClientis installed

I don't have the option of using anything else - this is to connect to
our customer's network, and they manage the whole VPN configuration. So
I'm stuck with Cisco. There are later versions of the client, for Win 7
etc, but I think this is the last version they (our customer) support on
XP.

That client is EOL by Cisco I think? You might consider as a solution
uninstalling and using the ShrewSoft client instead:
* https://www.shrew.net/software
Certainly get less blue screens, which is why I changed client last
week. I have 5.0.07.0410 installed.

I think it's the IPSec client:

It works very nicely, except when running on a Windows machine
which also has the Cisco VPN Client installed. The VPN client does not
need to be connected - it just needs to be installed for the problem to
show up.
Is this the SSL (AnyConnect) or IPSEC client? I have both, in addition
to ShrewSoft VPN client.
