[zeromq-dev] Assert in signaller.cpp on XP if Cisco VPN Clientis installed

That client is EOL by Cisco I think?  You might consider as a solution
uninstalling and using the ShrewSoft client instead:

   - https://www.shrew.net/software

Certainly get less blue screens, which is why I changed client last week.
 I have 5.0.07.0410 installed.
