I think you are right probably right - I hadn't thought of that.

 

Any other ideas? 

 

I've only tried this on XP. It is quite possible that other versions of
Windows or the VPN client may be fine.

It seems to me that this fix would prevent more than 1 zeromq program
from running on the same machine?
