[zeromq-dev] Pull request for the C++ binding

There was no committer team, so emails were not being sent out. GitHub
is a little fussy about this. I've created the team and added you,
Emmanuel, two other recent contributors, and myself. I've also merged
the open PRs that merge cleanly (except my own last one).
You might want to read the C4.1 guidelines,
http://rfc.zeromq.org/spec:22, if you didn't do so, and add anyone
else you think made a decent patch.
Thanks for pointing this out, it's hardly surprising the C++ binding
isn't evolving if PRs are being ignored.
