[zeromq-dev] ZeroMQ on Windows

Steven/Doron, this sounds very promising.. I will start with the native
Java binding first. Steve, its cool that you are in Manhattan, if we cant
get JeroMQ working in a day.. i'll need your help.. thanks again.
