[zeromq-dev] zeromq for android

I just edited that page about android builds, whose advice on native
building are harmful.
It has been written at a time where Jeromq was not available.
Today it's foolish not to use it as a default; native-to-java bridge should
be used only if you have very strong reasons to do so.

Please switch to JeroMQ, https://github.com/zeromq/jeromq
