[zeromq-dev] ZMTP specification of socket semantics

Hi all,

I've added a description of the socket type semantics (how each socket
is meant to behave) in http://rfc.zeromq.org/spec:23#toc20.

The goal would be to remove the detailed spec in zmq_socket and either
point to the RFC, or copy the text as-is.

I've tried to clarify the life-cycle of queues in all cases; this is a
pretty subtle part of the way sockets work.
