[zeromq-dev] Receive only mute/exceptional state

Hello,

Under `zmq_socket(3)` (zeromq-3.2.2) I learn that ZMQ_SUB is a
receive-only socket.
However, it the action in mute state appears to be "DROP". What does
that mean at all for a socket that never sends?
