Nice idea. How about an alternate zmq_socket call that creates a 0MQ
socket from an already bound socket and skips the zmq_bind call for
that? I'd take the systemd case as the starting point and minimal use
case, and see how that works. Connecting outwards is rather messier I
think it would change a lot of existing semantics.
