[zeromq-dev] EPGM Pub/Sub sends empty message on connect

Hi,

After upgrading to zeromq-3.2.2 we see empty messages 
when a pub socket connects. 
For example we have a client program that creates a sub socket. 
It then sits in a recv loop. 
The first time a publisher connects and sends a message it works fine. 
I then stop the publisher and restart. 
When the publisher connects I see an empty message in the subscriber. 
We did not see this behaviour in earlier versions. 
We can easily work around this but just wanted 
to find out if anyone else is seeing this 
issue.
