[zeromq-dev] ZeroMQ 3.2.2 windows build doesn't work on windows xp sp3 32bit.

I haven't checked 2.2 yet.

I had to build ZeroMQ 3.2.2 on windows xp sp3 32bit to make it work on the
OS.

Can anyone build it again?
