[zeromq-dev] ZeroMQ setup

To build 0MQ you need gcc, make, gcc-c++, libstdc++-devel on a RHEL system. However, once you've built the package it can be installed without gcc. If you are on RHEL then simply build an RPM with the latest spec file and you should be just fine.
