[zeromq-dev] czmq and cppzmq use deprecated functions.

In case of cppzmq, there is a pull request that deals with deprecated
functions.

But I couldn't find such a pull request for czmq.

czmq still uses zmq_sendmsg instead of zmq_msg_send.

This should be fixed sooner or later.
