I've made you co-owner of the ZeroMQ organization, I think. This means
you can create an fszmq maintainer team, and invite contributors into
that. You can ask here for volunteers, or you can promote contributors
as they come (that's best IME).

You will want at least 1-2 other people to join as maintainers to kick
off the process, so they merge your pull requests. It seems a little
strange at first but after a while you'll see it is much more fun than
committing your code alone.
