[zeromq-dev] Another attempt to proxying CURVE

Hi all,

That's done Pieter: clean up of comments, indentation, include 
references. I have also added a bash builder for the test program, and 
put the requirements in a separate file.

Waiting towards your testing, advices and contributions to make this 
first test work.
