[zeromq-dev] Report installation tests fails

Hi Zeromq team,

I was following the steps on http://zeromq.org/docs:source-git to install
zmq on my Mac OS X 10.8.3.

pkg-config-0.23.tar.gz is installed, And everything seems good until
"make check", which gives me the follow error. Could you please help
on that?
