[zeromq-dev] czmq tarballs

Hi guys,

We recently changed a binding against zeromq / czmq to prefer official
tarball releases in order to drop autotools etc. as dependencies for the
end user. I was wondering if we can perhaps push out a 1.4 stable tarball
for czmq given there's the zbeacon_* API and a bunch of fixes and
improvements since the 1.3.2 release circa December 2012 ...
