[zeromq-dev] czmq - Timer returning -1 don't finish zloop

Hello!

We have this doc in czmq:

//  Start the reactor. Takes control of the thread and returns when the ØMQ
//  context is terminated or the process is interrupted, or any event handler
//  returns -1.


This is not entirely true.. Timers returning -1 don't make the loop to
return. I have a small patch for this issue but I'm not sure if we need a
minor fix in the docs or if we really want what's in the docs.
