[zeromq-dev] free message data when droppped

Sorry this was my mistake.
  I used int in setsockopt(ZMQ_HWM) while in zmq 2 it should be
uint64_t. Thus hwm did not worked as expected.
I think this should be mentioned in http://www.zeromq.org/docs:3-1-upgrade page.
