[zeromq-dev] ROUTER-to-DEALER in C++

Hi Ilja,

What example is this? The only way ROUTER can send to a DEALER without
first receiving a request from the DEALER is to use pre-shared
identities and to make some guestimate about when the DEALER has
connected.
