[zeromq-dev] prebuilt java bindings?

Thank you. I'll definitely try that out. After much pain I was finally able
to get the jzmq binding to compile on Windows. The pain was due on my part
from not being familiar with compiling C++ code on Windows and setting up
include and library paths.
