It's really only useful for the build bot.  It's easier to build with CMake.

I need to start looking at a more friendly install collection:

   - MSVC2008
   - MSVC2010
   - MSVC11
   - Release
   - Debug

I saw one API release somewhere that has a release-with-assert special
build for hard failures.  Certainly interesting.

I have MSVC2005, MSVC2010, SDK 7.1 but not the others so far.
