[zeromq-dev] Building ZeroMQ with OpenPGM in Debug mode (MSVC)

Hello,

I have read that the "WithOpenPGM" build configuration for MSVC will use
OpenPGM for a release build. Is there a way to get this same
configuration but build ZeroMQ as a debug build? Perhaps I'm asking the
wrong question and there isn't much of a difference between ZMQ in Debug
and Release so the WithOpenPGM option was just meant to work in Release?
