[zeromq-dev] Jzmq Installation

Hi,
I want to install jzmq to another location(for example instead of
/usr/local/lib/libzmq.so.1.0.0
 to $home/x/). Because i haven't a root password in my system so that I
have to install without root permissions. How can I do that?
