Hi all,

Regular call:

If you wish to become a fellow maintainer for libzmq, please raise a
hand. Your focus will be on process, and clicking the Merge button.
You should be able to wield git. And you should have some existing
credibility in the ZeroMQ community, ideally representing users by
having written a successful language binding, or/and having proven
yourself patient and helpful to others over the last while. Success in
other open source projects does count.

Actual responsibilities are: merging patches, supervising process,
moderating the zeromq-dev list, and helping get stable releases out
the door.

We lack a documented process for electing new maintainers so let's
work on the basis of two or more "+1" votes from existing maintainers.

Our target process is at http://rfc.zeromq.org/spec:16 (we're still
not quite there).

-Pieter
