[zeromq-dev] Cleaning-up context creation API

Hi All,

Following this discussion from some time ago, I've created an issue
here: https://zeromq.jira.com/browse/LIBZMQ-337

I see that Crossroads has implemented my suggestion for moving
iothreads out of the context creation call. Nice.

Before we backport that change and make the other API changes, could
we get consensus on the value of this change? Particularly from
binding authors.
