[zeromq-dev] Maintainers of ZeroMQ organization

Hi all,

Given that some of the original maintainers of 0MQ have forked the
project (based on their opinion that they could not work within the
agreed rules), it seems like a good time to formalize who actually has
ownership of the various resources we depend on, and on what basis.

I've written down a policy here: http://www.zeromq.org/docs:owners

In the meantime I've removed admin access from Martin Sustrik and
Martin Lucina until they can state their willingness to work within
the rules that apply to everyone else.
