[zeromq-dev] czmq head failing against libzmq head

Hi Pieter,

Just stepping in to ask if there are any plans regarding integration of gsl and sfl (maybe pdl is a bit outdated but still useful) with ZMQ. IMO they are a quite underdocumented (I know, the source is the doc... but you know, reading something like the zmq guide about iCL would be great), especially how to use iCL + gsl to bring up an application. Using the Visual Studio 6 toolchain to build gsl3 and stuff... not really nice. Right now using gsl 4.1 (latest)...

Is iPR still maintained? Is there a ZMQ class / CZMQ class / Device-Classes available?

Would be a pitty if all that great work of close to 100% portable stuff were lost due to nobody understanding wow to get thing to work!

Best regards

PS.: never really managed to get an iCL APP working for the lack of mocking with the internals of the c program, but implemented an almost fuill featured (not up to 10% of what iCL does) Class system for cmd-Shell Batch files... Great to use! Or have you seen Batch files with unit-tests elsewhere :) ?

It does that using conditional sections at compile time (#ifdef). The code generation just makes it easier to maintain.

Aha! Is that how it handles building against multiple libzmq versions?

Thanks for this. In fact the zsockopt.c/.h files are produced
mechanically from the sockopts.xml spec, using a little code generator
(gsl).

I've updated it and made a pull request.
