[zeromq-dev] SEHException when calling zmq_init from clrzmq

I've managed to get the website and applications running on another very similar server (in terms of OS) so I think the problem must be down to the configuration of the QA machines.

The only obvious difference I can think of is that the QA machines have both had VIPRE Anti-Virus installed (and then removed because it caused us various other network issues). Whereas the machine which the exact same code works on, hasn't.
