That build target is for the build bot, you will have to modify the path
configuration for it to work in your environment.

I use *CMake *to make the packages available here:

http://www.zeromq.org/distro:microsoft-windows

The CMakeLists.txt is included in some of the repo's but still requires a
few minor steps before working out of the box, but pretty straightforward.
