OK, here goes formal announcement: the contribution process for libzmq
now follows the previously-discussed strategy of merging pull requests
onto libzmq, as documented here:
http://www.zeromq.org/docs:contributing

The maintainers for now are Chuck Remes, Mikko Koppanen, and Pieter
Hintjens. Anyone else volunteering to become maintainer please contact
any existing maintainer. Maintainers are not expected to work on
libzmq code but that isn't forbidden either.
