Thanks for the encouragement. I had a crack at it, but got a little bit
bogged down because of the interconnectedness of zhash, zstr, zlist, etc.
with the rest of the code.
I will try again later though, and hopefully have something that people can
look at on github.
Ideally, czmqpp can be a thin layer on top of czmq like cppzmq is on top of
zmq, so there doesn't have to be too much constant maintenance.
