[zeromq-dev] OUT OF MEMORY on Win using inproc transport

And most funniest thing is that setting value for HWM more than 100 always
kill system with same OUT OF MEMORY.
HWM = 1,2,3... working normal. but with 100 it starting consuming memory
and produce OUT OF MEMORY in less that a minute.
