[zeromq-dev] Delphi (or Pascal) bindings

I'm wondering if anyone has recently worked with/on this?

I know about the Delphi package from Daniel Teti that is talked about on

and found

and I've scanned the archives and found mentions of it but after 
compiling the latest zmq library the above code doesn't work.

Before I dig in and refresh my very old-and-rusty C/DLL knowledge I'm 
posting here to see if someone has already done the work and can share 
so I can sing your praises for months to come!
