Excellent, thanks. If we cross-post pull requests to the ML,
discussion can happen either there on the ML or on the PR thread.
People will converge on whatever works best.

We'll write-up this new process this week and start to apply it from next week.

I'd also like to thank Chuck Remes who's accepted to join Mikko and
myself in the maintainer group.
