[zeromq-dev] Using ZeroMQ on the Windows Phone 7.1/5 Mango Platform

The windows phone 7 platform is definitely restricted. 

Just to restate: it DOES support sockets, but doesn't support native C/C++ library code. 

Is it possible for a regular socket on a client to connect to a ZeroMQ socket on a server?
