Hi.

I am not a C/C++ developer. I use higher level languages but sometimes I do some simple C plugins. Zmq is so easy to use that even I can use it :). I don't have a glue how to fix this correctly in zmq source, sorry. Maybe some conditional define in zmq.h?

I just try to help by testing latest git version with OSX and occasionally with VisualStudio 2010/2008 in Win7/XP. Later I will start testing performance of different RPC architectures and language bindings (libzmq, czmq, node.js and maybe Lua).
