Sure, take a look at the zdevices and libzfl projects, where we moved
the devices from libzmq.

There are parsers, and devices that use them. There was no interest in
this project so I left it, but it's all there and works fine. Probably
needs to be ported to using CZMQ though, which refactored a lot of
ZFL.
