Not sure I'm definitely behind reverting that request - Michael's name is
clearly associated with his account, and if we ask for only
real-name-style-usernames we're asking people to create a new github acct,
which seems a bit silly. I think requiring we know someone's name is a good
thing, but it's worth being flexible about how that is provided.
