[zeromq-dev] Cmake build including ZMQ

Hi,

You're welcome. I'm glad it become useful to you.
Actually it's not very portable. It's written for *NIX platforms and it
won't work on Windows  for example.
But of course if you spend a little extra time it is not that hard to make
it more portable.
