[zeromq-dev] C# samples in zguide - upgrading them to clrzmq 3.x

I've been trying to convert the existing zguide C# samples from clrzmq 2.x
to clrzmq 3.x. I've made my changes available here:

Unfortunately they don't all build yet but I'm struggling to get them to
work because I'm not familiar enough with either the samples themselves or
some of the features they use. Any feedback and help would be welcome - I'm
not going to get much further without assistance.
