[zeromq-dev] Statically compiling libzmq on Windows

I build the library under MinGW with a batch file using the platform.hpp
found under builds/msvc.
I find this approach simpler than trying to get the configure script to run.
for %%a in (..\..\src\*.cpp) do gcc -DDLL_EXPORT -O2 -I. -c %%a
g++ -shared -o libzmq.dll *.o -Wl,--out-implib,libzmq.dll.a -lws2_32
I just tried compiling the static library (with the appropriate
modifications to zmq.h and zmq_utils.h) and it works fine.
for %%a in (..\..\src\*.cpp) do gcc -DZMQ_STATIC -O2 -I. -c %%a
ar rs libzmq.a *.o
