[zeromq-dev] Zyre: interface selection and implementation separation

I think it's a great idea for a matter of simplicity; though, I have an
appeal for explicit over implicit where it's possible, so some API-backed
way of selecting the desired broadcast interfaces would be neat.
With all the interfaces enabled as a default beahaviour.
