[zeromq-dev] error : dpkg-shlibdeps: error: no dependency information found

Hello Sebastian,

You are right. I was primarily trying to install the new 3.2. Thought if 
I could package(like it did on some blog I followed), I could just 
install it on other debian machine which is similar.
I really have no expertise on packaging but all the while I was trying 
on a debian system and failed at dpkg-shlibdeps. Tried it on modern AMD 
64bit as well, but failed.
So, I don't know if it is an issue or just me. But I don't have the need 
for packaging right now.
