Yeah, that just contained a link to zeromq.jira.com, which was a blank
page this morning (Safari 6.0, OS X 10.8) and all my bug searches
(even for "the" or "a") were returning no results, which is why I
referred to it as "dead".

But when I visited it again just now, it seemed to be back up. So I'll
file the same issue over there.
