[zeromq-dev] v3.2.0-rc1: warning: ‘struct iovec’ declared inside parameter list

Fixed in master two months ago <https://github.com/zeromq/libzmq/pull/388>,
and I just submitted a PR <https://github.com/zeromq/zeromq3-x/pull/28> to
backport to the 3.x release branch.
