[zeromq-dev] Can't build zeromq 2.2.0 on Solaris with GCC 3.4.3

Presumably due to this fix, the current zeromq-2.2.0 tarball reports
version 2.2.1 in zmq.h.  I don't know which part is wrong, but the
disagreement should probably be resolved.
